Banana Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS Smoothie Bowl: · 3/4 cup chopped roasted beets · 3/4 cup frozen raspberries · 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Original Almondmilk · Juice of 2 small limes (about 1 tablespoon) · 1 scoop vegan sweet vanilla protein powder (see notes) · 1 tablespoon flax meal · 1 ripe banana Toppings (use any quantity desired) · Sliced Banana · Slivered Almonds · Shredded Coconut flakes Instructions · Add all the smoothie bowl ingredients together into a high powered blender. Blend until smooth, about 10-20 seconds. Spoon into a bowl.  · Add the toppings on top and any other toppings you desire. Eat immediately and enjoy! Source : here

Green Tea Lime Pie Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS For the smoothie:  · 1/2 cup (125 mL) coconut water  · 1 cup fresh baby spinach  · 1 large frozen banana  · 1/4 cup avocado  · 2 teaspoons lime zest*  · 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon (20 mL) fresh lime juice  · 2 to 3 ice cubes  · 2 teaspoons (10 mL) pure maple syrup, or to taste  · 1/2 teaspoon Matcha green tea powder  Topping ideas:  · Granola**  · Sliced banana and mango  · Melted coconut butter  · Large flake dried coconut  · Lime zest  · Hemp hearts Instructions · Add all the smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Enlighten Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS Smoothie mix  · 1 1/2 cups berry mix or frozen fruit mix of choice  · 1 1/2 fresh banana (use the other half sliced on top)  · 2 tablespoons almond or natural peanut butter or 1 scoop vegan protein powder, optional  · 1/2 cup water  · 3 – 4 ice cubes  Some optional toppings  · granola  · coconut  · cacao nibs  · natural nut butters (almond, peanut, etc.)  · banana  · blueberries  · strawberries  · grapes  · kiwi  · goji berries  · hemp hearts  · chia seeds  · pomegranate seeds  · almonds  · pumpkin seeds Instructions · In blender, place berry mix, banana, nut butter, water and ice cubes. INGREDIENTS For the smoothie  · 1 cup chopped frozen mango  · 1 cup chopped frozen pineapple  · 1 packet of frozen pitaya (dragon fruit) puree  · 2 handfuls of baby spinach (or other green)  · 1/2 kiwi, peeled  · 1/2 cup almond milk  · 1/2 scoop Tropical Tango Vega Protein Smoothie Powder For the bowl  · granola (I used Lemon Blueberry Granola)  · chopped fresh fruit of choice: strawberries, banana, kiwi, mango, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries Instructions · Combine the smoothie ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.  · Pour about 1/4 cup of granola into the serving bowl. Blueberry Matcha Smoothie

INGREDIENTS · 1 cup (155 grams) frozen blueberries* · 1 cup (30 grams) baby spinach · 1 ripe banana · 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk · 2 tablespoons old fashioned oats · 1 teaspoon matcha powder I used ceremonial grade                                                      Instructions · Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.  · Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Healthy Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

INGREDIENTS · 300 grams (10.6 ounces) frozen raspberries · 340 grams (1 1/2 cup) plain Greek yogurt I used 0% fat · 110 grams (1/3 cup) honey                                                      Instructions · Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This should take about 4-5 minutes. · At this point the frozen yogurt can be served and will have the texture of soft serve. For a firmer texture, transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for an hour or two before serving, stirring every 20 minutes. Once fully frozen, you may have to let it thaw for few minutes before you can scoop and serve. · If using an ice cream maker: combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This should take about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for an hour. · Once chilled, pour the mixture in your ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manu
